I’m Zenaida Contreras, a nurse with nearly five years of experience in senior care. Since beginning my nursing career in 2021, I’ve worked across skilled rehabilitation and clinical leadership roles within independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
As a former Wellness Director, I bring firsthand experience not only in delivering care, but in overseeing and running clinical operations; giving me a deep understanding of how these communities truly function.
